Wireless SmartWi II

is a Wireless Multi Room Solution for smartcard using the ISO 7816 -1 -2 -3 standard.

With this Wireless Multi Room Solution you can share one original smart card between all your receivers.
The wireless master box will connect to the digital receivers by the wireless slave which will be inserted in the receiver?s cam (embedded cam)
It will then work as the original card was inserted direct in your receiver. 
This solution is useful when you have more than 1 receiver in your home and will save you for paying additional extra monthly fee for extra cards.

SmartWi 2.0 Multi Room Solution come standard with 1 Wireless SmartWi master box, 3 Wireless SmartWi client card and a power adaptor for SmartWi master as a set.

SmartWi 2.0 Multi Room Solution Master Box

Size: 90 x 56 x 23 mm

The Wireless SmartWi 2.0 Master Box are using a fast microprossesor to control both the card reader and the wireless part.

Preliminary installation instruction for SmartWi II

1. Place the SmartWi Master unit a central place in the house or flat. The maximum range is between 10 to 15 meter to each SmartWi client. (Set Top Box)

2. Connect the SmartWi Master unit to 240V main supply or connect to a PC using a USB cable. Please use the power supply included in the set. (Green LED = on)

3. Take your Program card (The card from your Broadcaster) and inset it in the SmartWi Master unit. The chip must be ?in? and aimed to the centre of the SmartWi Master unit. Please wait approximately 10 sec. Remove the program card. (Don when yellow LED goes of)

4. Inset a SmartWi client module in SmartWi Master unit. The yellow control LED on the Master unit will be on until while programming the SmartWi client. When yellow LED goes off, the client card is updated and you can remove it. Repeat step 4 for all client card.
IMPORTANT: The client has to be removed within 60 sec. Otherwise you have to repeat the procedure from beginning. (Red LED = card has been reset)
 
5. Inset the Program card in the SmartWi Master as mentioned in pt. 3.- and leave it there.
6. Inset the SmartWi client in the various receivers.
7. When in use, green LED will remain on and the yellow LED will indicate data transmission.
8. Other LED indication.
1. If red LED go on right after power on, then the SmartWi is defect and can only be repaired by SmartWi
2. Program card inset wrong Red LED=on, green and yellow will shift.
3. If red LED flicker when power on, wrong firmware are loadet in SmartWi Master.
